Hello, I'm new to Guild Wars, my friends bought me Prophecies for Christmas and i enjoyed the game.
The problem is since 1st January 2008, I tried to buy Nightfall via In game Store, when purchasing I got the : Refused (I don't remember the error code) so I thought my card doesn't work, so I took another card, same thing : Refused.
Then I went to guru and see if other have the same problem and I observed lot of people who have problem while logging in, froze pc etc..
So I decided to wait a little longer, and today, I retry to purchase Nightfall with the same 2 cards and I got this thing :

So what's the problem? It's my card?
I am not "hacking" the game or anything else, i just want to buy Nightfall but I can't.

your next best bet is to buy it at a store or buy it online at amazon.com or sumthing else. i dont know what to tell you bout your problem cuz i've bought all my games from gamestop, all i can say is just go buy them

EDIT: or check your billing info again :P

Since you didn't tell us what cards they were, perhaps they're simply cards that the online store doesn't recognize. Or, your credit card company (or someone) has put a freeze on your purchases, or perhaps you need to set up something to allow them to accept online charges.
